Cade is often called upon to serve as a trusted legal advisor to national and multi-national clients, providing help on a vast array of issues, including risk management, litigation, regulatory and general business issues.

Over his career, Cade has represented clients in renewable and traditional energy disputes, including onshore and offshore construction disputes, RICO claims, catastrophic personal injury matters, and regulatory matters involving the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement and the Office of Natural Resources Revenue. He has represented companies in the construction field, whether construction of a pipeline, a home or a multi- family development, and has also advised countless clients on transactional and employment issues, including trade secret matters. Cade further advises international clients on the complexities of compliance issues in the United States, including economic and trade sanctions based on US foreign policy and national security goals, and represents U.S. and London-based insurers in coverage and extra-contractual disputes.

Cade's experience in multiple areas of law is vital in high-pressure environments, when companies need a lawyer to quickly identify legal issues, know what questions to ask and what actions to take in order to put companies in the best position, and he prides himself on the ability to hone in on core issues despite voluminous amounts of documents, multiple witnesses and complicated issues.
